Blogger works completely in a WYSIWYG editor. The available previews let you look before publishing too! Wordpress, although easy to write articles, does occasionally demand use of some novice level HTML. Point for Blogger!
WordPress has a big array of free themes that are designed in numerous ways. Blogger offers a few free themes - most of which are the three column variety. This is not good for personal styling or customization for a blog. Point for Wordpress!
