Internet Explorer problems can be caused by out-of-date files, incorrect or incomplete registration of files, or because the Desktop or Start menu shortcut of Internet Explorer have been deleted or do not function properly. Method1: Remove the Explorer of Internet by using Add or Remove Programs utility in the control panel:
a. Choose Start menu and select Run
b. Type in appwiz.cpl in the dialog box and select "ok".

d. Follow the onscreen steps to finish the removal of it .
f. Install a new version of Explorer onf internet as you want.
