
How long you've been in your business or how much success you may have obtained has nothing to do with the way in which you should posture yourself and represent yourself in the business world. When you are talking with a prospect for the first time, it is you who determines how that prospect perceives you. Whether they see a strong minded, confident and successful entrepreneur or a green, unsuccessful, fumbling newbie.
The determining aspect in your posture is really simple. Stupid simple really. It all boils down to confidence! And I am not talking about the superficial confidence that you would use to put on as a mask and take off behind closed doors. I mean that confidence that comes with hours of studying, learning and listening. You see, this now has to become your lifestyle. The main reason people fail in this business is not because of bad luck or un-coachable sponsors. It because of sheer laziness. Too lazy to pick up a book and read about leadership. Too lazy to listen to audio sessions of proven leaders, who by the way, gives away vital information that will lead to your success. Too lazy to take the time to learn the ins and outs about your opportunity so that you can answer any question without having to say, "Let me contact my upline and I'll get back to you on that.
